I finally got back to the United Kingdom! Yay for most of you.. and sadface for some. But I will be making US appearances annually.
I've started to construct the website for Ruthless Bakery! I think it's going well. We have a menu, prices, and soon a gallery. We even have businesscards now.
We have been very productive in the last 2 weeks of being away from the kitchen. But now I'm back in the kitchen and I thought I better work out the kinks for the cupcake menu. I want them to be extraordinarily wonderful.
Yesterday I started my recipe for the Vanilla Berry cupcake. It's a very simple cake. Which is why it needs to be perfect. I love vanilla. I have to admit it is my favourite flavour.

It was pretty good. I think the recipe needs a few alterations before I can deem it perfect. But it did go down a storm.

I have since made more cupcakes and different types of frosting but you'll just have to wait till the next blog. I am very eager to post photos! But it's defiantly more fun this way.
