My name is Kay and I love to bake. This is my first attempt at starting my own baking company.
The story goes like this...
I used to live in New York City. I now live in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
How I ended up here, and baking?
Well... I met a fella back home and he dazzled me with his British charm.
But while we were together, I stayed home quite a lot due to lack of work.
So instead of sitting around the flat and doing nothing... I decided that I would perfect my baking.
It all started with pies. Everyone loves pie. I love pie. Doesn't matter what kind of pie. Sweet pies, Savoury pies, naughty pies... :)
There is a little pie monster inside of us all.
Pies turned into cupcakes and cupcakes turned into cheesecakes, cookies and so forth..
I cannot go a day without thinking about the next thing I want bake.
I adore everything there is about it.
Butter, flour and sugar... What's not to love? :)
