I started making chocolate chip oatmeal cookies simply because I fell absolutely in love with them when I went to Canada.
I wanted to eat them all the time and since I've started making them. I've decided to try different things with them... Normally you'd get them in that typical oatmeal shape. A bit wacked out and out of shape.
Today I make Hello Kitty shaped cookies. Oatmeal. I'm working on making her face pop so that it is clear she is who she is...
At some point today I will make cheesecake. Manhattan cheesecake. I've made this before, only once. It's all about perfection.
Now if only I could just get up and buy strawberries!
I bought some new miniature tartlet tins. And new cupcake cases! :D
