Strawberry! Strawberry! Strawberry!

I know, I know. It's been ages since my last post. I have no excuse because I did have one more batch of photos in my arsenal to post. I have baked some apple pies since then but my camera is out of commission for now.

Earlier in February I made these cupcakes that just blew my mind away. Fully loaded and packed with nothing but strawberries.

I made a strawberry Italian meringue buttercream. I used real strawberry puree in and out of the cupcake.

I love anything pink.. I bet especially if this pink taste like pink. o.O

Another attempt at making roses. I used my favourite buttercream and I think I did a pretty damn good job at it.

I've completely out done myself again. Kekekeke. But we're all happy here at Ruthless because practice makes perfect. :)

I am baking up some new treats and I'm going to have to post up some ghetto photos of them, either with my camera phone or the camera on my laptop. But hopefully I'll get them done before the sun goes down.
